Order Cancellations

We offer free order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ After 24 hours, your order may already be processed at our fulfillment center, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items → We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Other reasons (e.g., change of mind) → We provide a prepaid return label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. No hidden restocking fees are applied.

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Missing items: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking).
Lost shipments: Orders delayed for more than 60 business days are considered lost and are fully refundable or replaceable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected].

Your order number
Photos or video of the issue
A brief description of the problem

After review, we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.

Warranty

All of our products are guaranteed to be of merchantable quality. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
