We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will offer a full refund once you return the item with a corresponding tracking number.
Order cancellation
Note: – Cancelling Fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee will be used to process your refund by payment processor.
Refunds & Return
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:
- you receive the wrong item (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
- you received damaged item
- Customer has to make own arrangement for the return of the product to us for the refund.
- You can send back package to us within 30 days after receiving the package, for a refund. After the return is received by our warehouse we will process the refund. There will be a 5% processing and handling fee deducted from the purchase price
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You did not liked the item you received
