Order Cancellations
We offer free order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
If you change your mind during this time, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will cancel and issue a full refund immediately.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed at our fulfillment center, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Process: Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back. Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping: We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within 30 days. Simply contact us to receive your return instructions and prepaid label.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
⚠️ Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. No handling or processing fees are deducted from refunds.
Missing, Lost, or Delayed Orders
- Missing items: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking).
- Lost shipments: Orders delayed for more than 60 days are considered lost and are fully refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected].
Include your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description. After review, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
Warranty
All of our products are guaranteed to be of merchantable quality. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
