The neck massager came in packaged well, it was in individual bags with cushions to protect the item. It is easy to open the charge port and plug the usb to the wall charger. It will flash red while charging and when done just a constant red light. A cycle lasts about 15 minutes. The mode options are like a tens unit massager with a constant same cycle, some different movements, tapping. There are different strengths for each mode done by pushing the plus for stronger and minus for less strength. The heat was quite strong for me and left a burn mark but I did not change the level which can be done so make sure to start by pushing minus on heat option. I tried to push minus more but not an option. The item is easy to put on and easy to move around. This item is much better then a tens unit for the neck bc of no sticky pads, cords etc and where to put the unit etc so this is a plus for those on the go or who just want the focus to be your neck.

This product is very good especially for the price point. I have severe muscle tonus (uncontrolled muscle spasms and contractions) and also have a short circuited nervous system that is extreme in my mid back so the heat helps relax the muscles to more effectively transmit the electrical signals to my receptors. I have moved my chain necklace to my wrist (Right side) because my neck has a new long term resident :) one safety concern is the lithium battery. As we know lithium batteries are the ones causing the cell phones to explode in peoples hands over the past couple years. Because there is so many electromagnetic waves surrounding us from technologies many are not even aware of, I use it only at home where there is less electromagnetic waves to influence the stability of the lithium battery and never have it on when the microwave is on. I use the toaster oven anyways but there are others in the house so I keep my awareness up.
