How To Use:

1. Always wash the area of your body where you intend to use the adhesive gel pads.
2. Pull the pads off the vinyl cover by gripping the pads.
3. Attach the other adhesive gel pad to a desired part of the bosy (arms, shoulders, etc.)
4. Turn on the switch and set the mode.

How to extend adhesive gel pads use of time？

1. Please clean your hands and skin before use
2. When using, please try to avoid touching on the gel pad, and let the gel pad be contaminated by dust and other impurities.
3. Please cover with the film back after use, and then put it in the shade
4. If you feel uncomfortable or no viscosity when training, you can use wet towel to wipe, or use your fingers to dip the water, gently wipe the surface of the gel pad to clear the dirt, then put the adhesive surface up in shade and well-ventilated place and wait for dry. After drying, cover the film to the gel pad.
