Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods, processing may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Origins
All orders are fulfilled from our head office and warehouse in Oakville Ontario, Canada. Some products may ship from our verified partner warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom and Shenzhen, China, depending on stock availability and customer location.

- New Zealand: 10–14 business days
- Europe: 10–15 business days

Carriers & Tracking
- We ship via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, UniUni, Yawen etc.
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking will be active within 48 hours of dispatch and can be used on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Please include your order number and photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
Lost Packages
- Orders delayed by more than 60 business days are considered lost.
- Lost packages are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to collect are not refundable.
